Stakeholders’ Meeting for Enhancing Resilience to Disasters of Urban Waters in Mindanao

The Hydrology for Environment, Life, and Policy (HELP Network Davao) and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) organized a Stakeholders’ Consultation and Meeting for the implementation of one of their Sustainability Science projects entitled Demonstration Site on “Enhancing Resilience to Disasters of Urban Water Systems of Mindanao” in the Philippines.

Representatives from key agencies in the country were gathered at the Grand Regal Hotel, Davao City to provide inputs on the said project promoting better water management in Mindanao. One of the Resource Speakers was MinDA’s Development Management Officer Gerardo Reynaldo, who presented the current and ongoing initiatives pursued by the MindaNOW! Nurturing Our Waters Program.
